• Perform general computer troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Remove viruses and spyware to ensure optimal system performance.
• Conduct operating system installations and updates.
• Build custom computers tailored to specific client needs.
• Provide exceptional customer support in-person, over the phone, and via remote access.

Qualifications:

• Multiple years of professional experience in an IT support role.
• Strong background in customer service; sales experience is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and maintain professional conduct at all times.
• Pleasant and clear communication skills, with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
